I’ve eaten there a lot, and I’ve never had anything but friendly service from the employees. I would hope people who write scathing reviews, that actually had a bad experience, talk to the owner(s) first before writing a poor review. I’m sure most restaurant owners would be more that happy to make things right. I like Specht Point. Their chai is amazing!
Horribly disappointing. Our company used to order lunches on a regular basis. Then they went downhill about a year ago. The employees are horribly rude. The food is mediocre. Today’s sandwiches looked like they were made by children. We went there simply out of desperation. Never again!! Alex, the owner, is nice – but that is not enough when the help and the food are beyong polite description.
