Totally unsatisfactory food. The menu is cool, the concept is fun, the atmosphere is friendly, and service was good… BUT the quality of food was slightly better than a fast food burger from McD’s. The burger patties were dry and compressed, almost like they had been processed and frozen. The pretzel bun was old and rubbery tasting. Our fries were either soft and drenched with grease or hard and undercooked. The Parmesan garlic seemed like it was added as an afterthought to an old order of fries. All in all, not worth the money if the quality of food can’t match the establishment. I was sad I’d wasted an evening out on such poorly prepared food.

Best Burger in Fort Collins. I am not a huge burger fan and usually avoid ordering them in a restaurant – overkill from my teenage days, I guess. In any event, I tried this restaurant because the build-a-burger concept sounded interesting, and I was not disappointed. I have been back 5 – 6 times since my initial visit shortly after Stuft first opened, and have brought out-of-town friends along a few of those times. I love being able to choose each component of my burger, and they have always turned out great. The fries are also excellent, as is the service.
Great concept. You get an excellent burger made just the way you want it. There are many options to choose from that are very unique from what you would normally get on a burger.
Great Burgers with Style. This was our choice for a date night dinner and it was fantastic. Think of it as a Five Guys with class, and a liquor license. Though the menu does have kid friendly fare, which encourage me to bring the whole gang back for another meal. The buffalo burger was fantastic and with the pico de gallo and black olives, it made for a nice bite. Go for the parmesan garlic fries, you will not be disappointed. A single patty was more than filling, especially if you are considering a hand spun milkshake for dessert.
