Great place – amazing costumer service. It was my first time, we came for my daughter graduation celebration. First was amaze me the great attitude of their personel, start right up from the hostess , then our waiter a young man name Jacob , he did outstanding job , a seriously OUTSTANDING job in food prep and serving I was amaze by his knowledge of his job. His great attitude and costumer service we received that evening !!!I’m definitely coming back for more, Five star!!!!!!!
A bit pricey….BUT. Okay so I see people complaining about the price. Um..this isn’t an everyday place to go, but more of special occasion type place. I’ve been twice now, on a romantic date with my boyfriend. Place is beautiful! The service was excellent and the food was great! Yes you are essentially cooking your own food, but it is part of the romantic experience. Dipping a strawberry in chocolate and feeding your significant other is pretty romantic to me! Was very filling!
Let me start off by saying, that this is not a bad place at all. They were all very friendly and well trained about the menu. Saying that however. I feel like everything on their menu is overpriced. I would much rather go spend $80 on dinner at a place where I am actually full at the end.. I got very little to eat, and I left hungry. One positive thing though, my girlfriend is Avery picky eater, and she liked everything she ate. There is nothing wrong with the quality of the food. It was all very good. It was just the quantity that was the problem. I could spend that money at a letter place where I get my money’s worth if food.
Had cheese and chocolate here the other night for my girlfriend and I’s birthday celebration. The food was excellent and definitely made us full for just an appetizer and dessert! We also had Joel as our server, he did a really great job and was consistently their to check in and get us more fruits and veggies!
Fun and Delicious. I went to the Melting Pot with some friends and the food was delicious. The staff was very welcoming, and our waiter Katie was friendly. The menu is great and accomodates all dietary needs. One of my friends is vegitarian, and Katie was helpful in explaining how we could cook so those who aren’t could still enjoy the meats!
Awesome food made better by great service!. Went out to eat with my family to celebrate a special event. Melting Pot is one of my favorite places to eat but this night was made extra special by our server Joel Lobo! His service was prompt and gave amazing explanations of all the food and made great recommendations for wine pairings! WE had the Wisconsin Trio for cheese and multiple chocolates all of which were incredible. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special night out or just to enjoy some good food!
Excellent. The food is fantastic, and the staff is the best. From the moment you call for a reservation to the second you walk out the door (with a big smile on your face), every person at the Melting Pot in Fort Collins is committed to providing a 1st class dining experience. They are all very nice at the same time, which makes for a great time. Dominic has major skills as a server…he never forgets anything and he is always one step ahead with an excellent suggestion or anticipating something. Our favorite cheese is the quattro formaggio, which we are hoping will make a comeback soon. Until that time, I highly recommend the spinach artichoke. The menu used to be confusing. Now, it is so easy to get exactly what you want, from cheese to salads to entrees. Save room for desert, it is really, really tasty!
