Killer martini and great pizza. Hand toss the crust and it would be almost as good as my wifes. They support local beer but no Colorado wine. Our favo…

Not #7. I have no idea how this got rated so high. Yes the Pizza was good, not the best I’ve had but not bad. Being from the east coast I know what this kind of pizza should taste like. The problem is the service is terrible and the atmosphere is shot. It was ok when it opened but it just has a let it go feel to it, almost kind of dirty. Last time there I sat down and tried to order the special on the board. The waitress said that’s not the special that’s from the other day. Ok, it’s written in chalk, there’s two people in the restaurant, it’s already 2pm way past lunch with staff standing around and your too lazy to erase to put the actual special on the board. This is service 101, I’ve opened numerous restaurants over the years and it doesn’t matter how good your food is, if the service stinks you’re going down in flames. Probably wouldn’t go back and the sad part is I like the pizza.
Certainly not the worst pizza I’ve ever had. However, having had their signature pizza, it has very little taste. there are other pizza restaurants within walking distance that do this same pizza much better
Great food. Pizza is fantastic and aside from that they have a chalkboard menu that is always changing. I have tried a few different entrees they have on there and they have been better than most foco restaraunts. Food is a bit pricey, but they have a deal now if you go after 4pm you get a free bottle of wine with a large pizza or two entrees. That is probably one of the best deals in town right now and the wine isn’t bad either.
Good food…Awful Service!. Let me start off by saying that the food was pretty good, but that was the extent of the positive attributes of our experience. We ordered the calamari which was $11. This wouldn’t have been so bad, but they only served us about 6 pieces. We then ordered 2 personal pizzas, they burnt the first ones (which was ridiculous considering we were the ONLY people in the restaurant). They did compensate our appetizer, which was nice. But it took more than two hours to get in and out. I would not go back here unless it was to get take-out. Not worth the time or money.
The best. The new Uncle’s is a world above the old, which was already the best in town for pizza. Now, with the expanded menu and beautiful new location they have nailed it. Thanks for not changing the cheescake – it is the ultimate ending to a great experience.
I’m a New York native and I know a good pizza when I taste one…and this pizza hits a homerun!!Thin crust,good sauce,cheese galore!Worth every penny!!5 stars!!
Menu?. How is this place listed as vegan-friendly, exactly? I’m confused as to why there are so many restaurants, especially pizza joints, listed as ‘vegan-friendly’ when they don’t even have a vegan pizza on the menu?
