Great food, fantastic happy hour. Amazing staff (DJ is a great bartender). The community table is fun and a great way to mingle dinner parties. The wine selection never disappoints. The soups are great, salads are great, it’s all great.
Delicious dinner in Frisco. My husband wanted some Italian for dinner, so that he could carbo load before a 78-mile bike ride. We decided to try Bagali’s. What a yummy dinner. The bread was fresh and hearty and they were generous with replenishing it, especially because the food doesn’t come particularly quickly. Many dishes seem to have a slight variation from the traditional Italian such as my Caesar salad being made with kale and crispy fava beans instead of romaine and croutons. It was all very delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive, but you’ll need a little time to get through your meal because it doesn’t come out very quickly. Definitely would eat here again.
Give it another chance. I had been to Bagali’s twice before when it was under the old ownership and was not impressed either time. A friend and I had dinner there tonight and both the food and service were great. I will be back soon.
Great italian. Whether you’re just back from a bike ride or wanting a fun date night, this restaurant is perfect. its inside is just as charming as its outdoor seating. their pizza is amazing. pastas- great. go for lunch sometime too and try their burgers, fresh off the grill. haven’t had a bad experience yet. reasonable prices too. great service. try it! you won’t be disappointed.
We Will Never Eat There Again!. Our daughter, who lives in Keystone, had eaten there before and said it was good, so we thought we would try it. We were greeted right away and sat at a nice table. Our server got us wine. When our order came it was barley room temperature and a VERY small portion. I mean come on $21.00 for penne pasta and a slice of eggplant. My husband and I shared a dish, fettuccine w/ scallops, $23.00. Come on people it just pasta! They don’t even give you bread or bread sticks or anything with your meal. We did enjoy or Mista salad, I guess for $9.00 we should have. We ordered coffee drinks and dessert after the meal. We had to tell the server how to make the coffee drinks. It was just an Irish coffee…not hard, and the coffee was cold. Then he brings our check but never brought our Tiramisu!! We let it all slide because we didn’t want make waves we wanted our daughters lunch to be enjoyable. Over all we spent, with tip, $130 for lunch. We don’t mind spending money on a good meal but this was far from that! If you go… beware.
Pizzas were amazing and the restaurant atmosphere blew our expectations; Plus the staff was great and very accommodating. All in all a great dining experience!!
Damn good food.. Penne Arrabiata was well seasoned, good flavors and spice. Only thing was pasta was a bit gummy, pretty sure it was fired before hand, but not well. Overall good food, good atmosphere. Check it out.
