Went to the Moose Jaw for a late burger upon arriving in Frisco. Low key, bar type, local atmosphere. Burgers were very good. I had a cheddar burger and my husband a motherload. We were both very happy with our choices. We will be back.
100% below average. You might as well buy some frozen burgers from Walmart and throw them on your own grill and add your own hair. I was told this place was outstanding but my friend must have been wasted when they ate at the MooseJaw. I’m expecting the Moose gut rot tomorrow. Probably the worst burger I have had since visiting the Breckenridge area.
This place sucks. The woman with the big gut needs to learn to be polite. I understand when you’re busy, but telling someone it’s going to be a while before you can get them a check when they’ve already waited a half hour in a derogatory manner is not only unpleasant but unnecessary. I would eat a basket of nails before going back there.
Yeah they have killer burgers, other great food, and the hole in the wall local atmosphere.. But every Thursday night they host Open Mic Nite, a lot of fun for the locals and visitors. Lots of good (and free) music and cheap beer where can you go wrong?
Great local bar and restaurant with local atmosphere. Affordable with great specials. Very casual. A must try. You will return.
Great burger; server got a bit anal when we asked for separate checks. (it’s on the menu that they don’t do that).
