Tried the Turkey Pesto and the Philly Works. Excellent. Was best Philly outside of Philadelphia. I’ll have to go back to try their pizza. Looks just as good.
We liked, not loved, it. The staff was nice. There isn’t a ton of seating. The pizza was tasty. The meaty pizza was a hit. The meatball sandwich was also popular. Better than most pizza in Summit County.
Spinellis is easy to find located one door to the left of Safeway in Frisco. Spinellis has the BEST cheese steak in Summit county. The make their own hot sauce in house so be sure to check the counter for a bottle.
A must stop for Lunch or Dinner! Delicious homemade bread, meatballs and sauce. Best pizza and Italian food. It’s the perfect stop for traveling try the Italian Sub or grab a pizza by the slice. Easy access to highway and the staff is great.
AMAZING!!. My husband and I frequent Frisco yearly, for the first time we decided to give Spinellie’s a try. What an INCREDIBLE little gem tucked in the strip mall next to Safeway. It was absolutely fantastic!!! We went there twice while in town and everything we had was wonderful. They offer unique pizza creations piled high on a thin, crisp crust with a hint of chewiness the perfect balance of all textures. Their meatballs are to-die-for!!! Not too dense, the perfect amount of seasoning with a hint of parmesan cheese. On one visit we did sandwiches which were equally impressive. The Philly cheesesteak was overflowing with perfectly cooked and seasoned steak topped with melted American cheese. Hands down our favorite item we had was the Strombolli (you might have to ask for it as it wasnt on the menu board when we were there.) The ratio of dough to meat and cheese was perfect allowing all the flavors to be tasted in each bite. To be honest it was the best thing we ate on our entire 5 day vacation. If only they shipped to Nebraska!! They make everything from scratch which shows. From the dough to the bread to the sauce everything is made with an eye for detail and flavor. What makes this place even more special is the owners are there running the business. They take great pride in their restaurant and it shows with their incredible service and hospitality. Please add this cute little eatery to your must-try list when in Frisco.
