Horrible Horrible service!!! This place practically ruined father’s day…after waiting over an hour AFTER placing our order my family and I ended up waking out. Its ridiculous even more because the brunch menu was so limited and simple/mediocre. They kept saying the food was coming but only one tray would come out every 20 or 30min. To put the cherry on the crap sundae we called the manager over (which is something this clown should’ve done on his own) to chat about the issue and he didn’t apologize, but acted more like a scared host. We were polite throughout this whole mess, which is shocking since my dad is super impatient even in the best circumstances.Pathetic!!!-terrible/overpriced menu, clearly incompetent cooks and managers.
Tasty Food, Fun Patio. Pros: Decent happy hour menu with $5 glasses of wine and several tapas to choose fromGreat view overlooking the river Live music on the lower patio with open seatingDelicious, well prepared burgers, sandwiches, fries and tapasWaitstaff stayed on top of refills and brought everything requested Cons:Took over 30 minutes after ordering to get our food Not a great selection of beer…only Coors and CO native. I realize of course that the brewery is in town, but a couple other choices would be greatOverall, a fun place for dinner with a nice shaded patio.
Food would have been good if there hadn’t been a wedding at the hotel. The manager clearly messed up and didn’t properly staff the kitchen. The burgers were closer to room temperature than fresh from the grill. The sauted vegetables were oily. The pork chop was dry. The food could have been good and probably is for lunch, but dinner was not.
Great deck disappointing food. Great deck overlooking the river. I keep going back to Bridgewater in the summer for the deck and alway find myself being disappointed with the food. They seam to be going for upscale appetizers that are small and not quite worth the money. More like tapas than your traditional appetizers. The service is very slow. Would not recommend going to Bridgewater if you are wanting to eat right away. But if you are looking for a drink with a good view and are willing to wait Bridgewater is a good choice in down town Golden.Edit Remove
