Great view dull food. Attended a saturday lunch. Only two wait staff for all the tables. They did a good job juggling everything. Had a turkey pesto sandwich. It was served cold ( not grilled as menu said), on rock hard dry bread with about 1 ounce of meat,3 baby lettuce greens. It was dry with no taste at all. The side onion rings were good — thick onion slices with a light batter coating. The BLTA was also scimpy of ingredients, cold, served on extremely hard bread. I wouldn’t bother going back despite the great view. Why do they call it 3 Tomatoes Steakhouse? That’s a stupid name when it is at Fossil Trace Golf Course and steak was not a menu option. Why not a related name to the golf course rather than scam 3 Tomatoes Catering.
Great Event Venue. We hosted our son’s rehearsal dinner at Fossil Trace. Both the food and service were exceptional, and the staff was great to work with in all stages of planning.We received many compliments from our guests. We highly recommend this venue for catered events!

Maybe their burgers are good. We came here for our wedding anniversary and were swayed by the glowing reviews of others. Our experience was…meh. Views from the deck are great, but the waitstaff seem undertrained and inattentive. Beef carpaccio appetizer was great; wine list was painfully weak. Worst of all, our waygu steaks were both overcooked and our sides were room temp, at best. Skip it and go to Del Frisco’s or a real steak place for the steak.
Incredible!. Such a great experience! The food is awesome, the staff is amazing, and what a beautiful facility! You can’t beat the view! Nothing but praise!
Three Tomatoes Staeakhouse. WOW are you looking for the best view to have a quiet dinner with great food? I have found the spot for you. It is one of Golden’s best kept secrets. Not only is the waitstaff on top of their game, pleasant, knowlegeable, helpful etc. they might even be able to give you some pointers on your golf game. If going in the summer be sure to sit out on the patio to watch the sun set!
