The service is friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet has some yummy choices. The cowboy casserole, chile verde, and chile relleno eggroll are yummy and the coffee is good. Well worth the wait and affordable. You won’t go wrong here.

Filling and pretty good. The take away for me was how cheap the breakfast was. This platter was reminiscent of something at Taco Bell. That is not a slam because I like some Taco Bell but I think these guys could be great but I smell under achiever. If they could take it to the next level (better coffee, better quality ingredients) I think they would stomp the competition. Ain’t nothin to it but to do it.
The food was good for the price. The chef’s breakfast would have been better with a fresh green chili instead of canned. Bacon was good quality but not cooked to order. The service was slow and inefficient. All of the staff was all over the restaurant instead of working their respective stations. They were pretty busy and the waitstaff would have been more friendly if they were not in ‘survival mode.’ The owner/manager genuinely seems to care, which is a good sign. If he hired knowledgeable FOH and BOH managers this place could be awesome.
Excellent breakfast buffet. We stopped here on our way through town and both the food and the service were great! Inexpensive, too, I feel that I got more than I paid for.
