After visiting about a year ago and having a mediocre experience with bland unimpressive food, we decided to give the Ale House a second chance today. Unfortunately we waited so long to be seated without ever being approached, addressed, or acknowledged by staff that we left. The restaurant was nearly empty at 3 pm so there was no excuse for the inattentiveness. You blew your second chance Ale House, and it was also your last.
Great atmosphere. Fun place to go for an FAC or evening dinner. Never had anything bad on the menu. I only wish the patio was larger so it didn’t fill up so fast on Friday afternoons!UPDATE: Sincethe Ale Househas changed management (I think multiple times?), this place has really gone downhill. Last couple of times we’ve eaten there have been very disappointing. Hope they bring it back to the great place it used to be… and soon!
