SUPER Impressed- And I love Chipotle!. I went to the Chipotle in Grand Junction for the first time today. The barbacoa wasn’t quite ready, so they asked me if I wanted to wait or not. Since I live quite aways from a Chipotle now and was seriously craving barbacoa, I decided to wait. They gave me a cup for soda while I waited and told me they would come get me when it was ready. Maybe ten minutes later (maybe), they came and got me. Then they handed me a card for a free burrito bowl next time. I was like wow, you really didn’t have to do that, the soda was plenty. Then when I went to pay they told me it was on the house too! Everyone was super nice about the whole thing and I didn’t even think it was a big deal at all. Honestly just the soda would have been more than enough. Awesome job Chipotle! Way to be with your customer service. I will definitely be back (when I’m in the area).
