Was seated right after I entered and my drink order taken. Drink arrived promptly and order taken. I ordered the Al Carbon Taco plate and this was the first time anywhere that I was asked how I wanted the skirt steak cooked (medium) and was done as requested. Everything was very good. Hint #1.. If they tell you the plate is HOT, believe them.Hint #2.. The mound of Pico de Gallo on the plate is heavy on jalapenos.
Great food. I’ve eaten Mexican food from California to Colorado and this is at the top of my list. My wife and I enjoyed every bite. We will definetly come back the time we’re in town. The next time you’re in Grand Junction be sure you give it a try.
