I thought me and my family would love it but instead had an awful experience. We ordered take out and spent over $65 on a family of 4. All my dishes were as good as a can of Spagetti’os accept one was decent. They all made my families stomach very heavy after we ate. I ordered: Penne Alfredo, Spaghetti, bruschette, anti pasta misti, and linguine. All of the food was completely cold when I got it. It took me 9 minutes to get home. The brochette was a soggy mess, The kids spaghetti tasted like ravioli from a can. The meat dish had no taste, and the cheese tasted like water. On top of this I was insulted by my server when I asked for my kids drinks that came with the order. He said in a defensive tone – as if I was trying to steal the $1 the 2 cans would have costed. He said verbatim: I took the order and said nothing about drinks!! even tho it states on the website that they should have come with drinks. I left without the $1 the 2 drinks would have cost and still gave the server $5 for a tip costing me something to the tone of $70 for a takeout dinner we completely hated! So I was insulted, served ice cold food, and no one took any love to prepare any of the food I received. Complete waste of money!!!
Good. Great sauces
We Had an amazing meal here last night. From the pesto butter for the bread to the cream of mushroom soup I the day, everything started out amazing. I ordered the pollo sorentina and my husband got a pollo carciofi (sp? Sorry). Both were absolutely delicious! Light but flavorful sauces with perfectly cooked chicken. Wines are reasonably priced. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and was there when we needed him (not hovering and not ignoring). He was a very observant fellow, even noticing that my husband was in the military despite not being in uniform. We had a wonderful evening and are so glad we stopped there on our road trip!
I wouldn’t call it food…. Everything about our visit here was strange. You begin with a bread basket and pesto – the pesto is like nothing I’ve seen before – it was thick and reminiscent of guacamole, my husband said it was too much like glue and wouldn’t touch it. I ordered pollo arrosto, the chicken was good, the risotto was really thick and the entire thing made me think of king snoopers rotisserie chicken and uncle ben’s brand wild rice. My husband ordered chicken parm – the chicken was bland and the side of pasta was in an Alfredo sauce that looked like a pasta side dish from a box. He’s not a picky eater, this is the first time he hasn’t touched his food. During dinner we knocked a glass of wine over, the waiter was very nice and cleaned the table but then asked if we minded if he cleaned the floor later. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.
Great food! Was there last night and was pleasantly surprised that the place next to where we pick up skis is fantastic. We are usually there in late afternoon so it’s dead but at dinner time packed, for a good reason. I had the scallops and gnocchi in a cream sauce, it was incredible. Will def be going back
Love this place. Interesting tapas, nice happy hour. Marissa gave us nice service. We are from out of town. Will dream about our Bruschette Avocado Tapas.
Inaugural Visit. I’m fairly new to the southwestern portion of Denver Metro and was searching the Web for a nice, non-chain restaurant for a romantic evening with my sweety. I picked Bacco Tratoria and we had a delightful evening. The variations on Brochette are creative and very tasty (we had the avocado one), and out entrees were nicely prepared and presented.A great spot and a great deal. We'[ll see you again soon
