Horribly rude owners. Typically good food & I was ordering once or twice a month until this last time. There was something clearly wrong with the chicken. It tasted like rotten fish. I tried to be very kind on the phone & the owners were clearly upset and told me I was crazy & that they don’t want my business anymore. I drove it back. I just wish they would have tasted the returned chicken before calling me a liar. I would have been their biggest fan if they handled it properly. Overall, gross behavior out of adults.
Wow, it was great! I will be definitely going there again. It is much better than another place nearby.
Poor customer service!. Called to place an order and they wouldn’t take my credit card because the code on the back was unreadable. When I asked for the manager, the young lady on the phone the manager couldn’t come to phone. So she told me the manager said the same thing that she tole me. Really? I wasn’t born yesterday. If you want good customer service, go somewhere else because their service sucks.
Prices are jacked up. I Called to place an order. Usually 40.00 covers what we take out. I was quoted 60.00 for the regular order. This is price gouging at it’s finest. Also I was waiting on an order about 1 month ago, I called it in and they said 20 min no problem. I was there with in 20 min and guess what the order was not ready. Okay, I will wait, so I sat down. I was waiting 45 min after the 20 to get my order. In the mean time a couple people came in after I did,.sat at a table got waited on an got their food, while I was waiting there for my supposed take out order. After I mention something about the table that I saw, sat down and got their meal. Then my food came out. No freebie no apology no nothing. I will never be back again. It s good food, but not for how much they are charging and with that wait. this restaurant is now history for my familiy.
Disgusted by the owner/employee behavior!. I am absolutely appalled. I have ordered from this restaurant for over 4 years. We have gotten takeout many times and due to my love of their food order around $150 a month from them. They hired a new order taker a woman who is a bit rude and doesnt know the menu well and the last three times the order was incorrect and a few items had to be re-delivered. This evening it happened again. I ALWAYS order everything not spicy as my kiddos can’t tolerate spicy food. When I called, the owner defended the girl taking orders and I could hear this girl in the back ground running her mouth it was awful. When the delivery driver arrived he apologized profusely and said the owner told him to tell us they no longer want our business…he kept apologizing saying we have always been nice and great tippers etc I just hugged him and told him happy new year. How awful is that?! I’ve never been treated as such and then to use your poor delivery driver as your scapegoat?! I will NEVER recommend this restaurant and plan to tell EVERYONE in my neighborhood, local coffee shop, kids school, gym and social functions this story and suggest they too take their business elsewhere. COMPLETELY disgusting.
Food is good, but service is horrible!!! My husband picked up our meal one night and to our surprise it was cold and uncooked. Since it was so close to closing he called but no one answered the phone. The next morning he spoke with a man that told us next time our entire order will be replaced. Recently we have called to replace this order, with it being about 3-4 weeks since the call. The manager refused to replace the food and was quite rude. They said they would rather not have our business than replace food they claim to have never owed us. I will take my money to a place where it is appreciated. Horrible service!!!!!
Excellent chinese food in a hole in the wall place . The price is very affordable . We would definitely go back and check out their special veggie menu with immitation meat .
