This place is a dream come true for anyone who has celiacs! I had the gf smoked salmon pizza. It was delicious, the crust was light and chewy. The crust was so great I actually had to double check that it was gf.
I love this restaurant and the concept. However, the food is very inconsistent. I usually always order the salmon salad. It is a delightful salad. But a lot of the times I order it ingredients are missing and the salmon portion changes. Last time I ordered it there was less than an ounce of smoked salmon on the salad, when I asked for more they brought it back with hardly anymore on it. A few times the hearts of palm of asparagus have also been left off the salad. The lemonades sandwhiches and pizzas are all delicious, just wish there was more consistency.
