The worst Panera service I’ve ever had…… We were told 3 times the soup we wanted would be ready in 10-15 min.–40 min. later, no soup. The worst part: they couldn’t have cared less, not a shred of an apology for telling us the wrong thing repeatedly and leaving us to wait. We left angry with no soup. One of the worst restaurant experiences for customer service that I can even remember…
