Just awful. If someone thinks that this place has food similiar to the East Coast, they must not have ever been east of the Continental Divide. The rolls for the italian sub was so hard and stale I had to break off most of the bread just to eat some of my sandwich. Aside from the bread, the meat was low quality with no flavor. Tomato slices were so razor thin you could not even see them unless you looked really hard. Lettuce was dressed in oil without any of the tang of vinegar. . The pastrami on marble rye was even worse. The bread and the meat looked like it had been heated on a filthy dirty flat top grill. The flavor was awful and the appearance was even worse. The interior of the restaurant is dirty looking and needs a good cleaning and de-cluttering. I would not eat her again even on a bet.
Closest thing to the east coast!. My husband and I ate at this place QUITE a while ago. I didn’t expect quite what we had. This is as authentic as it gets. My husband had fresh pasta with bolognese sauce, he said it was the best he ever had.The was a pretty large selection of wine and a ton of imported beer that I haven’t seen since I was a kid in Europe.I had a pie. Great thin crust, nice sauce. It was cooked in a stone oven. This was a nice casual establishment, something you can wear jeans and a decent shirt in. If you are in the south end of town near 470 and Wadsworth, this is the place to stop and dine.
Food took a long time to get made, but at least it was being made fresh. Needless to say, the pizzini I had was very good.
Remodeled & New Menu. Fantastic remodel!! It is brighter, larger and now with updated TV’s and a bar to sit my fat butt on! Great!New menu is good! – Still need to eat my way through the menu!!Great Job Bob & Jean!! And Congrats on being there 10years!!
Food is fantastic. I have tried their pasta, pizza and sandwiches and have not been dissapointed. However the younger staff need some better training in customer service. I worked the food industry and know the importance of friendliness to the customer. Food A++, service D
Horrible service. Lost my order and took 50 minutes to get my food. Offered me 2 deserts for the five lost meals. Should have absorbed the check. Made us late for our family night.
