Didn’t care for it. High quality meats, taste & texture of BOILED meat. Rub on brisket & ribs never came thru, no layering of flavors, n oils present in meat, very soft & bland. Only time meat should come clean off the rib bone.is if it’s over cooked or BOILED. YUK!
