Very disappointing. Long story short, we waited almost 3 hours for our sushi order which we never got. We finally had to cancel the order because we kept being promised it was coming in a few mins and it just never came. The management wasn’t apologetic and said they had a large party come in that they weren’t prepared for, however upon leaving the restaurant there was hardly anyone in the place and there was no large group there when we arrived. So needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment.

95a is coming along great! There is just a certain buzz in there no matter what day you go in. I recommend going in for drinks with friends and family and ordering off of their great tapas menu!

The WORST!. We sat for about 10 min in the not particularly busy sushi bar before anyone came to our table. We placed a sushi order along with sake, soup and salad. I asked if we could get the miso soup and seaweed salad first. After another 15 min, the miso soup came — not with the bowl on a tray or plate, but in the hostess’s hand — and told the salad would be coming. Still no sake. By the time the soup got cold and the salad still hadn’t been served, we gave up and left. Also, after our initial order, our waitress never even acknowledged our existence. Nor did we ever get our sake.So we left.

95a – Disappointing. I hope that the service was so bad only because the restaurant is new. I hope that the server was so surly because she was overwhelmed. But there are no excuses for sushi without wasabi, ginger or soy; an Irish coffee without cream/whipped cream, and for it to be cold by the time that arrived; and finally, most disappoing of all was that there was nothing truly worth mentioning for the price. It’s as though they know they’re the only game in Indian Peaks, so they can serve average food and we’ll still come. It’s September. I’ll wait a month and try again.

Magnolia Restaurant is a Great Place for your Special Event. My friends and I had a reunion of 20 people and headed to Magnolia Restaurant for drinks and entrees. I must say we were extremely pleased with the appetizers such as the ham and blue cheese croquettes and blue crab mac and cheese. The service was fantastic, the dishes were reasonably priced and our event coordinator helped plan everything for us. Two of our fave’s were the Chamomile glazed salmon and the Grilled Sirloin! Should check it out!

Get the hand cut pesto linguini with lamb meatballs. Yum.
