This is the worst restaurant i ever ate in!!! in 63 years!!!!. I skipped lunch because I was very busy. Stopped in for a quick bite on my way home. I was starving and pretty much anything should have tasted good. The crap they served me was absolutely unpalatable! I ordered manicoti with meatballs. The pasta was like rubber, the ricotta stuffing was an almost solid gelatinous lump, completely devoid of taste and texture. The Italian bread was two slices of what may have been wonder bread white, heated in a microwave for 10 seconds served with margarine rather than the menu stated butter. The meatballs were dry and fell apart when you put your fork into them. The ice tea was ok. They probaby won’t have the guts to keep this review up on their site. But whoever gets to read this before they remove it. ….DO NOT GO THERE! I HAVE TO GO TO THE TOILET FOR THE 3RD TIME SINCE I GOT HOME!!!!
This place is awful. We were really looking forward to it because they have been open since 1961 but I honestly don’t understand why. Their menu is very small and it’s clear they don’t like any substitutions. The house salad is iceberg lettuce, sesame sticks(why?), and house made dressing that I couldn’t figure out what it was; very flavorless. For the main course I ordered the manicotti, which wasn’t too bad actually. My husband ordered the lasagna, which he also said didn’t taste too bad. And our son ordered the kids spaghetti and that was edible but flavorless as well. As for the ambiance, terrible. It’s like all the people you would see at the Arvada Chuck E Cheese go to eat here too, I would not recommend this place ever.
