Namaste should be on everyones bucket list! If you like Indian food or are interested in trying it, this is the place! We tripped across this restaurant one day after shopping at Lowes. Its tucked in a little strip mall off Wadsworth, north of I-70, so you may have to search for it – a scavenger hunt worth going on! There is something about the flavors and spices they use that makes it the best Indian food we have every eaten. As world travelers, this Indian Restaurant is better than the best weve found, including in San Francisco. My only hesitation in giving Namaste raving reviews is that they have to live up to it. But Im not worried, theyre up for the challenge. Just recently we brought my vegetarian colleague from San Francisco there, and she confirmed our high ratings. Then, just last week I did a business meeting with someone I didnt know had very strict eating requirements – vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free. The owner was on site that day and made her a special meal. She was more than impressed. In fact so impressed, that she texted me the following day that she was counting the seconds until lunch time so she could eat her left overs. New to Indian food, go there for lunch and nibble your way through their buffet so that you can learn what meets best with your palette. I will say that most of the time we go there its for dinner. Most of all – enjoy! cinfullysimple.com

The food is probably some of the best Indian food I have ever had! The flavors are so vibrant and the lunch buffet is meticulously clean. Although it is within a strip mall building, I was surprised at how nice the dining area is. Very spacious and welcoming.

Loved it. Service extremely at tentative and polite. The naan is the best. My chicken came out sizzling hot and was some of the best tandoori I have ever had. I’m glad it’s a block away

Tyipcal Indian Buffet for Lunch. I ate at Namaste’s branch in Boulder, Colorado (4800 Baseline Rd) and found it to be so-so. If in a pinch for a quick Indian meal with vegetarian options, particularly if you are staying at the Homewood Suites that is adjacent to this strip mall restaurant, it will suffice. I found all the old standbys–Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Curry, Saag Paneer, Vegetable Korma, etc.–but none of it was inspired or spicy. Nonetheless: it’s nice to see a lot of green, both fresh and cooked, and it’s nice to see a staff so friendly.

This is not an Indian resaurent… It is Nepali. Please don’t order any rice dishes… They combined lamb curry and rice to make a lamb biryani…I will not go there again….
