Love stopping at carboy before eating at angelos. I love the atmosphere, and the laid back feel to just have a couple glasses of wine. The carboy concept is really cool too. Love re-filling my carboy and bringing some wine from the tap home.
The wine is great! But dont miss this baked brie! I also really enjoyed the atmosphere and people! Great spot!

This is a great spot, fun wine flights to try, tasty sampler plates, connected of course to Angelo’s, which is outstanding in its own right. Nice job Carboy!
Carboys is connected to Angelo’s Taverna. You can enjoy wine and cheese or a full meal on the patio. The patio has a great view of the foothills and amazing Colorado Sunsets. This place has not disappointed my yet.
The atmosphere was nice. A little crowded yet a few seats available. Our waitress was helpful in the wine selection. The tapa / appetizers looked appealing! I would hang out here with girlfriends or a date.
