Poor Service. Wanted to treat my wife for a cupcake after a morning at the Apple Store. Excited to try a cupcake but really surprised at the poor customer service and rude behavior. Waited for several minutes just to get some attention from the staff but amazed at the unprofessional attitude completely spoiling the whole experience. The manager was sitting with some customers and completely oblivious to the actions of her staff. Disappointing to say the least, we won’t be back.
