If I could give this HORRID establishment zero stars, I would. I placed an order through Grubhub (which got the order to me quickly and they were super pleasant – way to go Grubhub!) for combo lo mein, teriyaki chicken and wontons. Now, I got what I ordered in the sense that was what was delivered, however.. I opened the chicken, took one bite and immediately could taste that the meat was bad. As in, expired, bad. I immediately called the restaurant, explained the situation and requested a refund. They told me they’d need to come pick up the food to refund me which I was happy to give back. The driver came and picked up the food and then, as he’s walking away with this rancid meal they’d prepared, told me that they intended to only give me a 50% refund since I’d opened the food and now they had to throw it away! (So apparently they intended to serve this food to someone else? Or maybe in my case already had! SERIOUSLY?!) Thankfully Grubhub and my credit card company have made sure I got my money back but do yourself a favor and order from ANYWHERE but here otherwise you’ll be paying for food that’s inedible and get the worst customer service I’ve ever had from a food establishment. Even Panda Express on their worst day has treated me better.
Really good avacado cheese wonton and Viet dishes too. The Wonton soup has gotten better since they changed the meat from beef to shrimp really good. The delivery is above average since they have few delivery men which shows that they try. And most of the dishes is really good including the Pho.
Worst ever. Soup=salt, more salt, and salt. really under cooked, not kidding, spring rolls–how does this happen? then we opened the container for the pot stickers, all of the sticky gross dough was stuck to one side of the box and the filling was huddled in the corner of the other side. Never, ever, ever will I recommend this place. ever
