This was probably one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The waiter was really, really sweet, but the restaurant was dirty, and the food was completely flavorless. When I asked for chicken korma, they provided me with a strange, watery syrup that had chicken and carrots, but not the cream, yogurt, or nuts that korma is known for. My mom and I didn’t want to be rude by declining boxes, though, so we took the leftovers home. Obviously, we promptly threw them away. We actually had a short memorial service before we tossed them in the dumpster; our feeling was that the tasteless chicken tikka we were throwing away was never appreciated in life, so it at least deserved to be appreciated in death.
