The food and service were both pretty good here. I’ll definitely be coming back here when I’m in the mood for Mexican.
Worth a Try. A bit hit and miss, depending upon what you order. Nice queso con chorizo, not so good burrito. Busier these days and that’s good. Staff always friendly. Try it, they’re trying and that’s a good thing.
Excellent!. Almost belying its beautiful setting in the ritzy Lone Tree area, Los Arcos is as good as any hole-in-the-wall Denver has to offer. Just remember to ask for the spicy hot sauce for the chips. And when getting something smothered in green, ask for the extra hot. And you’ll know these guys aren’t playing around. The minced ground beef is heavy on the flavor (cumin is a top ingredient I’m betting). Mrs. RJG and her Mom opted for the carnitas, and the pork is wonderfully flavored (OK, so I took more than a few bites). And not to upset the patrons of my adopted home of Denver, but when it comes to frozen margaritas, Texas wipes the floor with the weak abominations usually offered here. But Los Arcos would heartily compete with the best the DFW area offers! All at a good price. Don’t miss it. They also have another location in Westminster (their original store I believe). regularjoesguide.blogspot.com
Supreme Experience at Los Arcos in Lone Tree. Perhaps it was Ashley, our waitress, (who reminded me of Selena Gomez , with her beautiful smile), or the manager, Juan Baez with his determination to ensure our evening was the very best; the prompt and friendly service was second to our meal which was quite a pleasant surprise! I had the chicken mole with poblano sauce for $8.25 (way too much food) and my husband had the large combo plate for $9.50,, again (way too much food). I have enough left overs for lunch and dinner today! His house margarita was great and our large sopaipillas were hot! The ambiance was pleasant and delightful. When we are in the area again, near Park Meadows Mall or IKEA (when it opens), this is definitely a repeat performance!!!
Outstanding food. Very well seasoned but not overbearingly hot. They don’t overuse cilantro (which we don’t care for). But the highlight is Los Arcos’ outstanding friendly, and caring service. We will return frequently.
Wonderful!. My husband and I go there at least once a week. They have great service from the waiters/waitresses to the managers. Very friendly place and the food is great…..large portions!I would reccommend Los Arcos to anyone who wants good Mexican food at affordable prices. I think this is one of the best kept secrets in Lone Tree.
Great wait staff. This is probably the friendliest and most consistent wait staff I have ever experienced. While their food is quite good, with some outstanding exceptions, (Like the posole.), the folks here are always friendly, extremely attentive and rarely do you have to wait for anything. I have had several different servers and they were all excellent. You never feel rushed, but you never seem to be waiting either. Other restaurants should send their servers over for lessons! (Like Cheddars!)Great margarita’s, and excellent drink specials.
