Might be some of the best in Longmont, but not as good as what you can get in Boulder. The owner is friendly and if you ask will tell you about dishes not on the menu that you can try.
I’ve been searching for satisfying Indian food in Colorado for two years. This place is the best I’ve found so far. I am not a fan of buffets but went to their lunch buffet on a Saturday for a quick meal with a friend. The staff was friendly, the place was fairly clean but most importantly, the tandoori chicken was surprisingly delicious! I was there at the end of the lunch hour so the buffet was somewhat picked over but they gladly made me more chicken and brought it to my table. The spices in their sauce were full and balanced. Very nice sagg and their prices were very reasonable. The raita and mango chutney? could use some work but the mint chutney was nice. I will be back again.
I am no Indian cuisine expert, but I’ve eaten a bit of it, everything seems cooked and flavored well….if you are no used to Indian spice I would recommend no diving in, as things get dangerous quick. Service could have been a little more prompt with the bill at the end, but all in all a good place to eat.
The lunch buffet is delicious. The vegetable Korma and the spinach were excellent. They brought fresh Naan to the table, which was excellent.
We had a restaurant.com gift certificate to Flavor of India, so we decided to check it out. Went on Wednesday night, and much to my surprise, they were offering a buffet. We looked at the menu, my fianc got the lamb korma, I got the buffet. For $13, the buffet is a great deal, veggie korma, lamb curry, tikki masala, aloo ghobi and more. The lamb korma was great as well, as are the samosas. If you are hesitant of Indian food, go on a Wednesday and try the buffet. We will go back for sure.
