Longmont=mediocre coffee at best.. There is no doubt that this place has delectable baked goods; however, I have had maybe 2 lattes (out of 15) there that I would consider good. That is counting since they opened through the present. I’m not certain what the issue is but I’ve given them far too many chances already. People are friendly, the space is great, but the essence of a great or even good coffee shop is consistently good coffee. I am an admitted coffee snob, I worked for two years as a barista (under a master taster/roaster), and I make my morning Latt at home everyday. Boulder has so many great shops, it’s a shame that just 12 miles away seems to be a barren wasteland for a coffee snob.
