Why do people like this place?. We have eaten at Pinocchio’s a couple of times. Once at the old location on Main and a few times at the current location. Got sick and threw up the first time, second time service was HORRIBLE- possibly worst service we have ever received in a restaurant. We were at a table of six (five adults and one 12 year-old) – ithey literally forgot about us. When the food arrived- it was cold because they had forgotten about us, and there were no apologies. Two watiers could not figure out who was serving us. The food is terrible both that time and the final time we went, which was recently. Cold dishes- soggy noodles, bland sauces. Service was a bit better- but not great. Hostess on the phone is nice for reservations. Will never return to this restaurant- three strikes- you’re out!

This place is good, but not the best. I enjoy the lasagna & salad. It’s also nice to get free french bread. The service is ok, prices are ok, not extremely pricey (unless you order $$), staff needs to be more friendly (smile), the food is good/great depending what you order. I don’t go often so I forgot what I last ordered that was delicious! I only remember it was an angel hair pasta.

Consistent execution on their diverse menu. Not terribly adventurous, but always comforting with a comfortable atmosphere. A couple great choices: angel hair pomodoro and the spinach salad.

Wonderful find. We are travelling through Colorado and were looking for something near where we were staying. This place excededball expectations. Wonderful sauces!

Okay, not great. I had the spinach salad with chicken. It was really just a pile of spinach (nice and fresh though) with a bit of bell pepper and some very dry overcooked chicken on top. Others in my party seemed to like their pasta dishes okay.

Bad service. The red haired waitress and the blonde hostess acted like they were a little too snooty for people. It seemed like a chore for them to serve us.
