Horrible experience!! We don’t normally visit this place except during a friends birthday once a year. Our waitress was super slow, never brought us napkins or silverware. Food was good though. Our bill was $29. When the waitress came back with our card, she proceeded to tell us that she accidentally charged our card for more, we asked how much more and she state that she didn’t know….what???!!! I quickly looked I to our account and she charged $144!! $115 more than our actual bill! She explained how she reversed it but would not show in our account until the next morning…Sunday? We asked to speak to her manager who was as helpful as she was. Refused to comp our meal, which is fine with me, but was extremely rude and argumentative as if we had done them wrong in some way with 0 apologies. The group that we were there with stayed and their experience after was just plain rude customer service!! It is now Monday and no sign of our $115 yet.

The Stout Chocolate Cake is a delightful guilty pleasure as well.The main dining room is comfortable and the right volume for conversation. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Overall recommended
