We were excited to try Sushi Hana, we knew it had been around a long time in Longmont but we had never had the chance to stop by. First impressions were positive, a clean nice restaurant. Unfortunately that was the highlight of the evening. We orders around a dozen different options to ensure a good variety, and unfortunately not one of them impressed us. And several were disappointing, with one of the rolls being inedible, the tuna in this particular roll was rubbery and almost impossible to chew, we didn’t finish it, in fact we left a large amount of the food uneaten as it just wasn’t good. The upside is the staff was very friendly.

We love this place! Went in on 7/17 and had an amazing meal. Two large parties and a large to go order were placed right before our 2 top, and they banged it out without sacrificing quality. They were really busy for a Wednesday night and the waitresses were really hustling. We never drive to boulder for Sushi anymore. Always Hana!!!
