Best steakhouse in Northern Colorado. The last time I was in here everything, down to the music (Louis Prima), was perfect. It is going to cost you more than some corporate chain, but I have never had a perfect steak dinner at those places.
Charm and Ambience Galore!!!. Spectacular Dinner House. Love the staff and the Food is AMAZING… Your never rushed and allowed to enoy your wonderful evening and take in the Magnificent Ambiance. Never Disappointed. Been coming here for 4 years. Will be coming back again and again. We always bring out of town guests and they rave on and on about what a special evening and Special place this truly is!!! LOVE IT….
Chop House Birthday. Our dinners and service were amazing as usual!
After reading all of the reviews I was shocked at reading the bad ones. My husband and I go to 4th St Chop House at every nice occasion possible. We go because it’s consistent, friendly, great ambiance and great food. The mashed potatoes are not instant as one reviewer said- they’re lumpy and perfect. The horseradish steak, my fav, has plenty of the horseradish on it and have never had it taste dry. And we both, including my very picky hubby, love the mussels. You have to try it! Staff is always great!! Love it!!!
SAD CUSTOMER. We have spent a lot of time & money at 4th street chop house, ( family reunion birthday party ect. In the private sector) but this one evening we called in a reservation and showed up about 10 minutes before our time, will they did not have a reservation for our party we explained that we had a show at the Rialto and had to be there by 8:30, the manager walk around for a bit & got a table for us & she promise to have our meal on the table in time for us to enjoy it, oh boy that did not happen, we got our meal in time to take one or two bits and had to pack our $55.00 steaks in a to go box, the manager offered a desert, well that was nice but we did not have time to eat dinner how in the world would we have time for desert?????? I feel bad because we really like this restaurant but they did not even apologize for our even, I tried to call the manager the next day & talk about this but the person that answered said that she would have to call me back this was 4 month ago and I am still waiting for that call. I would say LOL but there is nothing funny about dropping $350.00 on a meal that you have to eat at home hours later… I wish I would have got a call that would have meet a lot.. I hope if you all find time & money to enjoy this restaurant that your experience is a good one. Maybe I will get a call ??????? I will not hold my breathe because I do not look good in BLUE… LOL
Could have been better.. Well after all the things we had heard about this restaurant we hoped for a really nice night out. We were disappointed. When we made the reservations we did tell them is was a birthday evening for starters. We got to the restaurant gave them our names and were sited. Our waitress asked us if we had ever been their before, our answer was no. She told us a number of things so we made our choices and for dinner. For the prices they charge a little more of the sauce with the TOURNEDOS AU POIVRE, the HORSERADISH FILET was tender but dry and had no flavor of horseradish. For Dessert, usually the birthday person gets the creme brulee with a candle, but they never mentioned his birthday. So we ordered the special that night, bread pudding and a piece of cheese cake. She brought out the bread pudding with two forks but never brought the cheese cake. It was on the ticket, when we pointed it out the response from the waitress, I didnt bring that out in the tone of of course I brought that out. They did take it off the ticket, we also informed her it was his birthday, so they gave us a creme brulee to go, free of charge. We were very disappointed, with the food as well as what happened. For the price we paid for dinner it should have been much more satisfying.
