This is a good location, very typical of the chain. Great chicken nuggets, great chicken sandwiches, and great chocolate milkshakes. We visit often. Sometimes the floors are greasy; at times it has been absurdly so, but not recently. Wish they were open Sundays!
Soul Crushers. First off, I would just like to say that I’ve been frequenting Chick-fil-A at least once week for the past two months, and not once have I had an unpleasant experience. That is until this most beautiful of mornings. My girlfriend and I woke up filled to the brim with jubilance, and craved what any rational person would on a Saturday morning, which of course are Chick-fil-A’s scrumptious breakfast sandwiches. However we were fighting time, and had about 30 minutes before they stopped serving those little pieces of heaven. Thankfully with the luck of the traffic gods on our side we made what is normally a thirty minute drive into twenty minute excursion. So I scurried inside at 10:23 full of joy, and proceeded to wait another four minutes, anxiously, to secure my order of those blissful biscuits. I finally had my receipt in hand declaring what I was to receive. That being two Chicken Biscuits and one Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit. I stood there waiting, overwhelmed with excitement. Suddenly a cold front of chaos rolled in, and a portal into hell was unsealed. This fine little fellow approached me to inform me that the biscuits were running low and they had but one left. He told me not to worry, and assured me that biscuit was mine for the taking. Though this deeply saddened me, I figured I would cut my losses. I thought to myself that at least my girlfriend would be able to enjoy the perfect harmony only a Chick-fil-A biscuit could provide. This simply was not to be though. When I approached the register once more to insure my sliver of hope, the manager informed me that the biscuit they just promised me was given to an individual who had ordered after I did. Until this point I was accepting that running out of biscuits is completely understandable right before 10:30 on a Saturday morning, and I could have left five minutes earlier, and this whole incident would be a not be an issue. What I am unable to accept though, is how they can give the last biscuit away, which I was promised-to someone who ordered after me. No logically explanation exist for the atrocity that just occurred. They tried to offer me free food because I was obviously upset, but nothing can make right for what happened to me today. I feel sorry for the young fellow who was the bearer of bad news, and I feel disrespected that the manager, whose name tag stated he was from Nashville, couldn’t communicate with me directly until I had approached him. It’s a shame that I will no longer be enjoying Chick-fil-A at this location ever again. 🙁
It’s a good place but it’s not the best or worth all the hype. I will say the employees at this location are AWESOME. They are so nice & helpful, especially good to see when they are do busy. Expect to wait for your food but order the fresh lemonade & they give you a free refill. It’s worth it.
