Really a great place to stop in. Had a safe offering of the blue cheese burger and it was done great. Salad was great(fresh etc) and so was the cole slaw. Beer selection had some old favorites as well as a few ultra local offerings which I appreciate. I’d come back here again. Even just as a destination from Denver. Great staff as well.

I’ve been in a few times but can’t seem to tear myself away from the mussels! It’s a treat to get the garlic and white wine steamed mussels with bread. The price for the appetizer is good, but the last time I went in, I noticed the serving was smaller. The bread is ok. I think they could get some better stuff from a local bakery, but it’s not a deal breaker for me.I’ve also sampled the baked brie (delicious!) and the welsh rarebit cheese dip (pretty good). The cheese curds are tasty, but the highlight of that dish is the horseradish ranch dipping sauce. I actually haven’t bothered moving to the entree side of the menu because I find the appetizers filling enough. However, the menu is rather large and I expect not everything is as good as the mussels. The beer selection is GREAT (all local!) and the bar tenders are knowledgeable. I’ve always had good service there and am happy to go back. The one thing I DON’T like about this place is how loud it is. It’s all gorgeous hardwood everything, but with the combination of voices and music, it’s nearly impossible to hear your dinner mates. I try to go during off hours just to avoid this, but they could definitely use some noise insulation tiles in the ceiling or something.
