Well, I wanted to wait to do a review of this place till after we had been a few times. The time has come, it has been consistently great everytime, no matter what time of day. The chefs truly care about the product they are producing there. The rice is spot on, not falling apart as is the case with some other establishments we have been to. The variety is excellent. You will not be disappointed.
Good sushi!. Came here for my brother’s promotion party, there were about 10 of us, we spent over 300 dollars and enjoyed it all! The dragon sushi..MMMMM. Came for lunch a few times and its not as good as dinner, but typically lunch never is anywhere.

Best sushi in NoCo; I’ve been in and out of colorado for a few years and was pleasantly surprised by the sushi. I am from SoCal and am used to a particular type of sushi, and this place delivers. Like any other ‘American’ sushi joint, expect most of the rolls to be tumpura of some kind and covered with sauce. The unagi is great! Sashimi (my favorite) is okay. Can’t get much better for the location.

Dirty Hands. I really wanted to like this restaurant. It’s cutely decorated, clean, and very near my home. I’ve been there 4 times and each was an odd experience of inconsistent food quality and odd employees. My last visit in May 2012 sealed the deal for me. I’m NEVER going back.Our super-blond and overly base make-up’d waitress had make-up stains on her backside where she’d obviously been scratching herself and digging deep. I assumed this happened earlier and she’s washed her hands since. This was not the case. After serving our food, she went and stood in a dark doorway at the back of the restaurant where she thought customers couldn’t see her. Apparently her front side was itching as much as the back. She proceeded to scratch up her front them come out to serve more customers. Yuck!!!
