Have had WAY better burgers!. I started by ordering the Cordon Bleu soup because it sounded delicious and I was curious about the flavors since I love traditional chicken cordon bleu. It was pretty much flavor-less. Then, I ordered one of their relatively basic burgers. I can’t remember what it was called now and I don’t see it on their menu online. It was a very overcooked burger. It can with a cream cheese stuffed pepper but it was so small I actually had to take the burger apart to make sure that it was there. I was disappointed because I expected something that was a little messier (possibly needing a fork). The bun to the burger was stale or over steamed which hardened from the time it was made to the time it was brought out to our table. I got the hand cut chips with the burger and those were actually quite good. I ate them by themselves and dipped in ranch. One of my fellow diners ordered the onion rings and those were fantastic! If there is a next time dining at this restaurant, I will order those as a side. 2 of the people in my party ordered the green chili burger and it looked delicious. If they have good green chili which I have yet to try, I would come back and get that burger.

Went with some out of town company. The crowd seemed to be old-like people were in their 50s. Sat upstairs and waited for a long long time to order, long wait for food, and even longer wait to get the check. Disappointed in the service and the food. It might be a good hangout for the older crowd. Also, the lower level had a live band which was almost deafening. I wish I had something better to say about the place, but i really don’t.
My night was going great, menu is good but it all ended when I ordered! They messed up the order not once but 4 times. There were only two of us! I worried when the next table started sending food back. Some items were ok but slightly overcooked, other items were pretty much blah! Restaurant was half empty but it took us two hours to get in & out. Don’t bother stopping!
Took the family (wife and three teenage kids) in last Saturday. Service was great. Manager spent time with us making sure things were good. Food was very good. Ranch hand fries are awesome! Live band was good. Will definitely go again with friends.
I wrote a review a few days ago, my experience wasn’t very good then. I contacted the general manger to let her know what happened, she responded quickly to make things right. Thank you very much marlana and the boot grill!05 Mar, 2012This is the first time I have been here. I don’t usually say to much because I know servers work hard however the service and the food sucked. I will never go back here again! Tried to talk to a manager and she just said good to know and walked away. Unbelievable.
Terrible Service. I ate there when they first opened and thought maybe they were still adjusting but tried again today and still no better. I was on my lunch break and was seated and told my server would be right over (i was the only one in the room so not busy or anything) I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for one of the 5 waitresses running around to talk to me and finally the manager saw me from behind the bar and yelled to ask me if i wanted a drink. I said yes and was brought my coke but still no server. I had to get up and ask to order my food and get up again every time i needed another drink or mustard or anything. The food is decent but not worth feeling like you are bothering the waitresses by being there. I live and work close by but will not give them a 3rd chance.
