One of the best Mexican food restaurants in Pueblo. I am a very picky person, so me saying that this food is very delicious is quite a compliment. Sure they don’t speak good English most of the time, but they sure know how to cook. And no you don’t need to be drunk to appreciate the food.

Great fresh burritos and sauce 24 hours a day! Only downsides are that most of the time they don’t speak English well, and the inside smells like a restroom. I can easily get over that for some grub.

MEXICAN FOOD???? SAY WHAT?. Ok we live in Pueblo!! there is a mexican restaurant on about every corner and people eat at this place yuck! They don’t even make pork green chili?? WTH? It’s tasteless crap if you ask me. Arribas or Betty’s if far better. I don’t get what the big hipe is it’s nasty as* tasteless junk!

Seriously… They have French fries in the burritos. The food has no flavor the only reason it’s still open is because it’s open 24 hrs and all the drunk people go to eat at 2:00am.

I’ve been going to adolfo’s (all three) at least once two to three times a week since i discovered it, tonight though, i was at the southside location when i ordered chips w/ guac, when i got home i opened my to go box only to find chips covered in guac and cheese. i am severely allergic to milk and there was no way I could/would eat this, i drove back and explained that i have a dairy allergy and am unable to eat it, adding that i would pay for it again without cheese but apparently there’s cheese in the guac anyway (?) the clerk then told me it was not her fault because i didn’t say no cheese. ( you can read the sign for yourself, it days chips w/ guac) i didn’t expect to be refunded and said it’s cool and left. disappointed

Ghetto gourmet. So the food here is actually on the tasty side of good. at times reaching out for the boarders of great. however at times its a little sketchy in there due to overly served peeps from all over p-town. late night cravings can get taken care of. just try to avoid the bar rush

Pueblo’s official midnight drunk food run.. If it’s really late at night, and you’re just trashed, and everything else is closed then find yourself a DD, or start walking. In the terrible light of the sobering day, the food here isn’t much to speak of and if you do speak of it, you will be looked down upon by society. But when you can barely stand and think the way you just danced with that girl at Club 101 went really well, but then she turned out to be a guy, and he turned out to be an ugly guy, which turned out to be a lamp post outside the Pirate’s Cove, then you’re right in the zone to enjoy what will at that moment be the best thing you’ve ever eaten.
