Meh.. First time at the colorado springs location today. Service up front was average, they welcome when you come in. But then again they were not busy at all around 5:30pm. Ordered a chicken sandwich and had the gluten free bun for $2 extra, a total of $17 for a chicken sandwich, fries and an iced tea!!!. Overall the sandwich was good, chicken overcooked and not juicy. Dont even both with the gluten free bun. I couldnt eat it at all because it was so hard and just too much bread. All of my sandwich was sliding out of the bread so I tossed the bun to the side. Regular fries were good, sweet potato not so much. Lots of dipping sauces to choose from. Not sure if I will go back due to the prices.Work on your marketing skills! Sell your new business, dull staff.
Not worth the money or the wait.. Went to the Colorado Springs location for lunch. The concept of this place is good and it is clean. Having said that, I have to say that for the price, it simply is not worth it. On my visit, we waited a good 15-20 minutes (on a lunch hour this is not too good) but to make that worse, my order was wrong. The portions are VERY small, unless you decide to invest about $20 and if you want to do that, there are excellent upscale restaurants in the next block. So, we tried the place and probably won’t return.
Chicken Sandwich. Visited the new location on downtown Colorado Springs. Not a good experience. Before entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a worker on a ladder fixing a light fixture right above the entrance. No safety equipment to protect customers as they walk into the restaurant. It seems that only one person knew how to operate the cash registers. The kitchen was nice and open but it looked like they have a micromanager hovering over the cooks. Seemed very disorganized. As a whole, the staff appeared to be inexperience. Now to the core of my visit, the chicken sandwich. It was very small, the taste was dull, it had no character. The sweet potato fries were soggy and some were hard under cook. Aaaaannnnddddd the price was horrendous. Over $16 for a chicken sandwich, sweet potato fries, and a large (22oz) soda. First and last, way too pricey.
Disappointing. My husband and I had the garden burger as we are vegetarians. We were very disappointed with it. First bite and the burger completely fell apart and we had to eat with a fork but the bun stayed intact. Flavorless and our order was wrong on top of it! Too expensive and don’t know why they get such good reviews.
I’ve had better. The burger was dry and tasteless even though I ordered it medium. The fries were greasy. The person who took my order kept asking me the same questions (ie.. Do you want a large? Do you want a large? Did you say large?) This cost me over $13.00. I do not think it was worth it.
FANTASTIC!!!. First time in Pueblo and after reading the reviews we decided it was worth a shot. We are SO HAPPY we made the decision! The burgers were well seasoned, the bacon was thick-cut, the produce was delicious and local and the strawberry malt was to die for….. The best part was the amazing staff and cooks who went out of their way to make sure that everything was to our liking. It will definitely be on the list of places to eat again next time we come to Pueblo. THANKS EVERYONE!
