The service here has gotten progressively worse as time goes by. Waiting 45 minutes for our order and never being checked on during that entire time. We thought it might have been a fluke the first time but every subsequent visit has brought a similar story. I know BW’s can get really busy but only 3 tables is by in no means busy. Management seemed to also be content with sitting around and staring out the window rather than doing their job. Wife and I are taking this place off our list of places to eat for the foreseeable future.
Disappointed. Me and my boyfriend decided that we wanted to make an order to go, so we looked up the menu on line. We decided what we wanted and called in just for them to tell us that the menu online was wrong, we had decided on the 24 wings for 18.95 for them just to Tell us that we couldn’t get 24 wings. I think if your going to put a menu online than you need to make sure you go by what it says.
