Always great italian carry out!
Have been to Collette’s a couple of times now. Chicken is mushy pasta is mushy and spent 10.00 bucks on kolbasi sandwich that we had to throw away because we couldn’t chew through the casing. Won’t be back. When I called to let them know – I was offered another sandwich why would I want another one ?
Best Italian Takeout!. This is the only restaurant that I have saved in my phone. Everything is good from the meatballs, the homemade meat ravioli, lasagna, Steak sandwich, Gyro, mastacolli, cannelonni, and even the everything sub. Of course the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. The line moves fast so dont get discouraged.

Somebody say Italian?. The meatball sandwich with green chilies is my favorite thing. I have gone to this restaurant for 35 years and it’s still as terrific as the first day I went. Homemade Italian take out and catering. Love it!
Small carry-out only, best of the best authentic Pueblo Italian. Thanks for NOT changing!
