With an elk’s club sort of feel, the restaurant surpassed our expectations. We showed up with a large group, unannounced, and they smoothly accommodated us. Service was great and super attentive. All of the orders came out right, and hot. Everyone enjoyed their meal, and the prime rib is popular with locals. Given that Cinfully Simple picked up much of the tab that night, we thoroughly enjoyed their more than reasonable prices. Gotta Love Pueblo for great down home cooking, low prices and mom and pop shops like these! Pueblo food just doesn’t get enough credit in my book.
