  Unprofessional – In Need Of Lessons From Chain Restaurants In Town. I recently stopped by with family about 10pm after calling and being told they close at 11pm. Once there we’re informed they can only accept to go orders. I proceed to order and the young cook in the back with all the tattoos, looking like a gang banger, starts loudly complaining about how he has to go home late now that he has to work on late orders. The staff were indifferent as this disrespectful cook continued complaining about how he’s going to tell his grandma and get other employees in trouble. Clearly no clue about customer service in the kitchen and counter area that night. I should’ve cancelled my order and left but family from out of town was hungry. For me this was embarrassing, and for out of town visitors, not a good experience or representation of a place some people describe as the best of what Pueblo has to offer. Place is expensive, old and not very comfortable. Parking is terrible and neighborhood sketchy. The food is ok, but not any better than what can be found at other locations with much better customer service. Too bad this local restaurant is badly in need of lessons from newer chain restaurants in town.

  Ordered food added up the price and was over charged by $5.00 I think the delivery guy gave him self a tip!

  Rude old lady. I’ve had a few calls with some old lady that is so Rude and slammed the phone in my ear for the last time. I will never ever order form them again
