Rude* Bad customer service* dinning in or delivery Never again. It seems like everytime I try to give this place another chance its gets worse having it delivered is not any better! Even the cook is rude First of all the waitress was rude & seemed to be racist We sat there for 15 mins before she even came to our table but she helped 2 other tables that arrived after us! Than she brings our drink order doesnt come back for 10 mins to take our food order she never come to the table without us flagging her down! The next time it was the cook we ordered ate there but placed a order to go it was wrong I took it back the next day! The cook was so rude he told me that I didnt get buy the food there because he didnt have it logged & he didnt remember making a order like that to go! Than after all the time & explaining he replaces the order & makes it the same way I didnt notice til I got home! I have a terminal illness & it was a food that I could get sick with! I didnt even bother to even call or take it back because if it made his day to be uprofessionel & risk someones health than I’m glad it made his day! Than we ordered for delivery & it was wrong than he brings it back it was right but forgets the other half of the order han doesnt bring any dressing for the salads or dipping sauces but he sure went to get change for his tip! The owner seems like he doesnt care because When theres issues he doesnt step up & try to make the problem better! I saw over 100 worth of food walk out without paying because the staff hooked up their friends! Never again who cares if they offer a free pizza when u buy one I would rather pay for it to get good service!
BEST PIZZA IN PUEBLO. This is by far the best pizza in Pueblo. The food and service is great. I have never had bad service or a bad pizza. We have had multiple parties as well.
Horrible Delivery Service. Ordered a pizza at 4:25pm, received pizza at 5:45pm, IT WAS THE WRONG PIZZA. Girl taking the order took it wrong! Re-ordered at 6pm, it is now 7:30pm…still NO PIZZA, worst ever!!
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!. We walked in the door and was acknowledged after 5 minutes to be seated. Waiters and waitresses saw us waiting at the door and ignored us. Two girls walked in and seated all of us separately. The same waitress proceeded to the girls table and took their order and walked away. This situation has happened many, many times and we will never come back
Decent, but NOT NY style, more similar to Domino’s and Pizza Hut. Grew up in South Florida( Little NY) this was not a trip down memory lane, but it filled the void.
First time customer. We were scared to eat here due to some of the reviews we read. We were very impressed! Service was fine, time to get food was fine, quality and taste was awesome!! We are very picky with pizza and we were happy. We will be back.
