Excellent. I grew up in Pueblo and have had a lot of Mexican food in my life. This is one of my absolute favorite restaurants. Every time I go to Pueblo, I have to go to Mi Ranchito.
DELICIOUS!. I love mexican food, grew up in Pueblo and knew about Mi Ranchito Restaurant. However, my family and I always forgot about this place. Had dinner tonight and had a wonderful waitress. Service was very good for our party of six. The margaritas were fantastic, and the salsa and green chile was wonderful! We are definitely going to remember this restaurant from now on! The chicken enchiladas on corn really hit the spot! NOTE: Please advertise more, guys! You need to make your place known!

Horrible and Expensive. I eat a LOT of Mexican food, and I’m not a terrible cook. This place is horrible. Save your money. ordered cheese enchiladas as I often do, and seriously, one of the worst ever. I will never go back again.
