Great food Amazing Staff. I dine at Mill Stop on average of 3 times a week. It’s not only the delicious food that keeps bringing me back, but the great staff. The staff will always greet you with a smile and the owner always makes it a priority to come and say hi. The only recommendation would be to expand, this always busy restaurant come sometimes come with a wait during the breakfast hours, but is worth every minute.

What great food!. Not sure what the last reviewer was talking about. I am about as white, freckled and red-headed as you can get, and was treated with great friendliness and welcome by the owner/manager and not just my waitress, but all the others as well! I stopped here in January on a cross country trip, and though put off by the hole in the wall appearance, the number of cars and patrons told me this would be good. It exceeded all expectations. Delicious meal, the sopapillas were worth a 100 mile drive alone… would and will go out of my way to return and have another great meal here on my next trip through Colorado!
What happened :(. This used to be the best place in town. i don’t know if they got new owners or what but the food is not nearly as good and the service it awful. I am far from prejudicebut it seemed they did not freally feel like serving me because I am white. 🙁 I like my mexican food just as much as any hispanic person. Very sad that they will no longer get my business.
Good food. Everything is really good except the rice it is soggy. I like my rice a little dry but that is my only complaint.
