Horrible service. Went during a work day for lunch, waited an hour after ordering, our food still wasn’t ready. No drink refills, in fact the waitress didn’t even come to our table after our drinks were served. We ended up leaving without food and missed lunch since this was our lunch break and we didn’t have time to get anything else. After all of that they didn’t even comp the drinks, they made us pay for them before leaving angry and hungry.
The food was alright, but not great by any stretch of the imagination. The service was terrible. The worst I’ve had in years at any restaurant. The manager didn’t seem to care at all when my friend pointed out the issues with the service.

Hadn’t been to nachos in some years due to bad service and food.. went back in to check it out cuz I heard it was better. The food was excellent. Better than I remember when it was good.. the hot chili was just the right hot. Now the service is hit and miss.. it’s usually very good but stay away from the blonde Barbie that thinks she’s all that.. other than looking like she just came from the gym both times she has totally screwed up our order. From not bringing us our dip to not even getting the food we ordered.. management was brought in both time and our food was fixed immediately.. we will be back just taking a pass on the burnt out Barbie
Really good…much bigger on the inside and the food was exceptional.
Better than that other one. Food was good but the place is kinda depressing and I wish they didnt have those guys sing at the tables. But I’ll be back
