Yuck!! Do not waste your time going to this overrated place. Noodles were gummy, sauce was lukewarm. Staff was more interested in what they had going on outside of work than taking care of their customers. Go to the supermarket, get a jar of Ragu and a package of spaghetti you’ll be way happier than eating at this place!!
Great service from the front door to the table. If I was a vegetarian this would be my spot. Get the Mac N Cheese with chicken and buffalo sauce. Regional manager takin care of business!

I did not like the back of the house staffs’ remarks. I wanted cheap vegetarian food, and i got dirty looks from a cliche college student. The food was long and the staff were immature. It is not worth buying food from gentrified snobs that can’t make basic curry soup.
Not as good as could be. The first time I even ate at a Noodles&Company was in Fort Collins. It was absolutely delicious and became a regular stop for me, and I was sad when I left the town, thinking I’d never get to have it again. So when one opened up in Pueblo I was delighted. Unfortunately, it doesn’t really compare to what I became used to. My biggest complaint is that everything, but especially their Italian noodles, tend to be pretty dry. Things do not taste as fresh either. I was hoping that these issues would improve with time, but they have not. Despite this, overall I still like Noodles&Company, get occasional cravings for it, and would even encourage anyone curious to give it a try. There are certainly worse places in Pueblo.
