Stopped here for lunch. We ordered the Mac & Cheese and the Japanese Pan Noodles with Steak. Also ordered some Korean Meatballs and some Chicken Noodle Soup. The soup was interesting. Our runner brought it out half prepared so we got to understand how it is prepared. First trip was the bowl with chunk chicken, noodles, and veggies without broth. Second attempt had the broth added. Tasted good too. Interestingly it was not charged at the $4.59 menu price but as an after order add-on at $1.50 which is not listed anywhere. That’s appreciated! The Korean BBQ Meatballs were about golf-ball size and quite tasty in their Gochujang sauce. The Mac & Cheese was pretty good. Didn’t really expect that at a noodle place. The Japanese Pan Noodles were good also. The chunks of steak varied in size giving the impression might have actually created them with a knife.Thought the Korean BBQ Meatballs were the best thing on the table.

Well, the menu sounds great…and seems like an attempt at cultural cuisine with a bit of an upscale fast food twist…with wine? I’d try it again as it’s a welcome change from the typical fast food here…

Excellent customer service. At the register they advised me that the recipe for the Pad Thai had changed and let me know that if I needed to switch out to something else after trying it, that would be fine.I used to order the Pad Thai because it doesn’t have any hot flavoring. There are no hot pepper indicators by it on the menu. Well, the new recipe is hot. It needs to have peppers by it, at least. I didn’t enjoy my meal. I had them switch out the Pad Thai for Pesto Cavatappi. It was ok. I didn’t want chewy Italian noodles but it was better than nothing. It will be hard for me to find reason to go visit them again. If I want Italian, there are several very good Italian restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful and not at fault. Some corporate person decided to change a recipe without consideration for people that can’t do spicy AT ALL.
