Really disappointing. This used to be one of my favorite places in Pueblo but that has really changed. The portions were tiny, my food was so dry as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp far too long if I hadn’t waited for 90 minutes for it to come out I would have sent it back but at least it was way overpriced. To top it off when asked how it was and I was honest no-one cared that I was dissatisfied and the waiter took it upon himself to add 21% gratuity…I will not be back.
A Must Try in Pueblo!. Classy, yet fun. Creative and friendly. Love the live music and atmosphere. Terra and her awesome staff knock themselves out nightly to bring great dishes and great service, and it keeps us coming back. In fact, we’re making reservations tonight. Hope to see you there!
Happy New Years 2013. My wife and I had a very enjoyable evining celebrating New Year’s Eve at Park East. We intentionally reserved dinner at 9:30 so we could spend some time enjoying the music in the lounge. Our dinner was spectacular. We both had teriyaki salmon. Our salmon was perfectly cooked, seared on the outside and moist pink on the inside. Vegetables and salad accompanied our meal and were delicious. After a great meal we had desert and cofee.. We capped the night by enjoying the music in the lounge and brought in 2013. Great meal! We will be back.
Great Restaurant! Great staff!!. My Husband and I have been going there every Wednesday night for the last 3 years. The food is always wonderful! The salads are great, they always have a healthy choice meal pick which is also very very good. The staff treat us like family and are always very attentive and go above and beyond for thier customers. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants great food and live music. It is such a great place!!
Best steaks in Pueblo. I’ve been dining at Park East for several years and have never been disappointed. Their steaks are hand cut in-house and after you have one you’ll never want steak any other way. I had their Hawaiian burger last night- and again their sirloin is house ground- best burger you’ll have if your life! A bonus is that almost always have something going on- I recommend Tuesday’s if you like trivia or a Wednesday to hear The Martini Shot. Lastly, impressive winelist, probably the best I’ve seen in Pueblo (most places in Pueblo seem to think that only Cabernet and Chardonnay exist) and the drinks are always good.
My wife was served a cold sweet potato and cold $30 filet mignon tonight. House salad was soggy with too much salad dressing. The waiter and hostess were noticeably unapologetic after comping my wife’s meal. The manager who was also the hostess seemed far to young and inexperienced to simply say sorry as we walked out. The waiter said nothing as he slapped the $60 bill on the table. My NY strip was good and hot though. The filet would have been good too…I guess it was just the rudeness of the staff to do nothing more than comp the UNEATEN cold meal and treat us like second rate citizens after it happened. I called and complained right after, after a few bouts of debate with the hostess slash manager we got mailed a $25 gift card mailed out. Yay. Park East, I realize good help is hard to find, but the manager is going to set the pace for the entire staff and tonight’s young female manager has a lot to learn in the area of customer service.
